Day-wise itinerary

4 nights 5 days: Kullu (1N) + Manali (3N). Tap a day to open it.

Day 1 Arrive in Kullu

Pick-up from Bhuntar airport (about 10 km) or Kullu bus stand and transfer to your hotel. After check-in and rest, visit the Raghunath Temple at Sultanpur and the Kullu market, then relax by the Beas river. Relax by the Beas river; optional river rafting in season.

Day 2 Kullu to Manali via Naggar

Visit Naggar Castle and the Roerich Art Gallery, then continue to Manali (about 40 km). Evening at Mall Road.

Day 3 Rohtang Pass (when open) or Atal Tunnel and Sissu

Start early, around 6 or 7 am. Drive about 50 km towards Rohtang Pass (about 3,978 m) via Gulaba and Marhi, a climb of roughly 2 to 3 hours each way, for snow and mountain views. Vehicle permits are required and limited, and the pass is open only in season and in good weather. If it is closed or the quota is full, we use the Atal Tunnel (about 9 km long) to Sissu and the Lahaul valley instead. Return to Manali by evening.

Day 4 Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel

Drive to Solang Valley (about 14 km) for green meadow views and optional paragliding, zorbing, ATV rides and the ropeway. Continue through the Atal Tunnel (about 9 km long) to the Lahaul side if time allows, and return to Manali by evening.

Day 5 Departure

Breakfast, check-out and drop at Manali bus stand, Bhuntar airport or your Volvo boarding point (drop at Chandigarh or Delhi on request, extra).
