2. Information we collect

• Enquiry details: name, mobile number, city, destination, travel date, number of travellers and any message you send us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form on this website.
• Booking details: names and ages of travellers, email address, and photo ID details where a hotel, permit or transport rule requires them.
• Payment details: we record the amount, date and reference of your payment. We do not collect or store your card number, PIN, CVV or OTP.
• Technical data: like any website, our hosting may record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited in server logs.

3. How the enquiry form works

The enquiry form on this website does not save your details on a server. When you press Send on WhatsApp, it opens WhatsApp on your device with your message ready to send to us. Your message is then handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and by us once we receive it.

4. Cookies and tracking

As of the date of this policy, this website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or a login system. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser may contact Google servers to download them. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy.

5. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a quotation.
• To book hotels, vehicles, permits and activities for your trip.
• To contact you about your booking, payments, changes and travel updates.
• To handle complaints, refunds and legal or tax requirements.
• To improve our packages and service.

We share only what is needed with the people who deliver your trip: hotels, drivers and transport partners, activity operators, payment or banking partners, and government offices where a permit or ID check is required. We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you, resolve disputes and meet accounting and legal duties, and then delete or anonymise them.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, such as limiting who can see it. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please do not send card details, PINs or OTPs on WhatsApp or email.

9. Your choices and rights

As permitted by Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you,
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete,
• delete your information, unless we must keep it by law or for an open booking,
• stop sending you messages, or withdraw your consent.

This website is meant for adults. We collect information about children only when a parent or guardian gives it to us for a booking.

Our pages may link to other websites such as maps or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
