1. About us

Manali Tours Package is a travel company based at E-6, Hari Nagar Extension, Jaitpur Road, Badarpur, New Delhi - 110044. We plan and sell Himachal Pradesh tour packages covering Shimla, Manali, Kullu, Dharamshala, Dalhousie, Spiti Valley, Kinnaur and nearby places. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Manali Tours Package, and "you" means the traveller and everyone travelling in your group.

2. Prices on this website

• Prices shown on our pages are indicative starting prices per person, usually for two adults sharing a room. They are not a final quote.
• The final price depends on your travel dates, hotel category, number of travellers, season, vehicle type and availability.
• A price is confirmed only when we send you a written quotation or booking confirmation by WhatsApp or email. Until then rates can change.
• Applicable taxes such as GST are added as per law and shown in your quotation.

3. Booking and confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance payment described in our Payment Policy and send you a written confirmation.
• Please check the names, dates, number of travellers and inclusions in the confirmation. Tell us about any mistake within 24 hours.
• Names must match the government ID of each traveller. Changes of name after confirmation may carry a charge.

4. What is included and not included

Each package lists its inclusions. In general, packages include stay on twin sharing, the meal plan stated in the quotation (for example breakfast and dinner), and a private car for transfers and sightseeing with driver allowance, fuel, toll and parking.

Unless your quotation says otherwise, the following are not included: train and air tickets, lunch, entry tickets, activities such as paragliding, river rafting and ropeway rides, permits and green tax, tips, personal expenses, laundry, room heater charges, and anything not named in the quotation.

5. Itinerary, hotels and vehicles

• Himachal is a mountain region. Landslides, snow, heavy rain, road closures, vehicle restrictions and permit rules can change the order of days or cancel a sightseeing point. We will try to offer the best alternative, but such changes are not a reason for refund of the services that were already provided.
• Places such as Rohtang, Atal Tunnel side viewpoints, Spiti, Kinnaur and high passes depend on weather, permits and government orders. We cannot guarantee that any particular place will be open on your date.
• If a hotel is not available we may shift you to another hotel of the same or better category. Hotel check-in and check-out times follow the hotel's rules.
• The vehicle is for the itinerary only. Extra distance, night driving or changes made on the road may be charged. Private cars are not air-conditioned in hill sections where the driver switches it off for safety, and the vehicle model can change with a similar category.

6. Your responsibilities

• Carry a valid photo ID for every traveller, including children. Foreign nationals must carry passport and visa documents.
• Tell us before booking about any medical condition, pregnancy, mobility need or food requirement. High-altitude places such as Spiti and Kinnaur are not suitable for everyone. Please consult your doctor.
• Adventure activities, trekking, water sports and similar activities are run by independent local operators and are done at your own risk. Please follow the instructions of the operator and guide.
• Respect local people, culture, temples and the environment. Do not litter, drink and drive, or do anything illegal. We may end services for a traveller who puts others at risk, without refund.
• Look after your luggage, money and valuables. We are not responsible for loss or theft.

7. Third-party services

Hotels, transporters, activity operators, guides and other suppliers are independent businesses. We choose them with care, but their services are governed by their own rules. If a supplier fails to deliver, we will help you and try to arrange an alternative, but we are not liable for their acts beyond what the law requires.

8. Changes and cancellation by you

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds are explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

9. Changes or cancellation by us

We may change or cancel a tour if there is a safety risk, a government order, a natural event or any cause beyond our control. In that case we will offer an alternative date or plan, or refund the amount paid for services that were not provided, after deducting costs already paid to suppliers that cannot be recovered.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of enjoyment, delays, missed trains or flights, or events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, road blocks, pandemics, government action and acts of third parties. We advise you to buy travel insurance.

11. Children

Child rates depend on age and bed requirement and are stated in the quotation. Please share the age of each child at the time of booking.

12. Complaints

If something goes wrong during your trip, tell us immediately on the phone numbers below so that we can fix it on the spot. Complaints made after the trip should be sent in writing to sales@goglobaltrip.com within 15 days of the end of the tour, and we will reply within a reasonable time.

13. Website content

The text, layout and design of this website belong to Manali Tours Package. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission. Photos, if shown, are for illustration and your actual hotel, room or view may look different. Information on this website is given in good faith for guidance and can change without notice.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date of your booking applies to that booking.
